What we did with our clients.

Three data warehouse and business intelligence projects, told by the clients themselves.

Assist Cargo

We built a Data Warehouse fed from the BAS ERP, the MIPS program management system and the SIMON vehicle tracking system. We built the OLAP data model and then developed dynamic reports and dashboards to track trucks in real time, cross-referencing data from the security companies, the vehicles, the cargo and the IoT sensors that monitor safety during each trip.

“The successfully implemented solution allowed Assistcargo to have the data from our transactional systems consolidated and standardized, so we can access information quickly with advanced tools, as well as reports and parameterized, dynamic indicators that we use for business decisions and for controlling and improving our processes and operations. We also extend this information and these indicators dynamically to our customers, contributing to their improvement and decision making.”

We built a Data Warehouse fed from the Tango ERP. We built the OLAP data model and then developed three dashboards to track the processes of the Purchasing, Stock (Inventory) and Sales areas. A management dashboard reveals whether we are getting the results we expect according to our plan, and guides us toward new decisions based on the results obtained.

“I want to thank the team for the dedication and seriousness they brought to the Business Intelligence project. With the new dashboards we now have reliable information in one place, which lets us better analyze what happens day to day and make better business decisions.”

We built a Data Warehouse fed from an access control system, weighing devices, a georeferenced system and a CRM. We defined and built the data model and then developed access control dashboards, a device monitoring dashboard (IoT) and a lot referencing dashboard, which allow efficient control of the neighborhoods' processes.

“We were able to automate the generation of the company's income statements in a much more efficient way, reducing processing times and making the information available internally and externally to our collaborators. It was a task that demanded many hours of work from the Administration and Finance team. It relied on large, complex linked Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas, a manual process that was no longer viable. Today we have a Data Warehouse and a Business Intelligence model that integrates the accounting information from the ERP as well as data from other, diverse sources, with reliable metrics and a common, consistent criterion across the different areas that feed on this information. It is without doubt the start of a new path with no turning back.”
